Giare Origine

"Full Proof" Amarone grappa, characterised by the full and original strength of 55% ABV. Obtained by water bath distillation in pot stills, it is left to age for 36 months in small 500-litre oak barrels. Giare Origine encapsulates all the essence of the distillate and the aging process, expressing the scent of notes of great elegance reminiscent of cocoa and roasted coffee. On tasting, we find the sweeter notes that convey hints of chocolate and vanilla. Pleasant notes of roasting emerge in the finale.
